Formare Cruzeiro Celebrates 30 Years of Transforming Lives Through Education

There are stories that deserve to be celebrated. And the journey of the Formare Program, with its first unit launched in the city of Cruzeiro, is one of them. In 2026, the program celebrates 30 years of activity, marking three decades of dedication to education, social inclusion, and the transformation of the lives of hundreds of young people in our community.

Since its arrival at the unit, Formare has become much more than a professional training program. It is a true meeting point of opportunities, knowledge, and purpose, connecting young talents with volunteer educators, leaders, and employees who believe in the power of education as a driver of change.

Over these 30 years, Formare Cruzeiro has helped open doors, awaken dreams, and prepare young people for the challenges of the world of work and life. Each graduating class carries with it not only technical knowledge, but also values such as ethics, responsibility, teamwork, and protagonism—pillars that reflect Maxion’s commitment to human and social development.

This success story is built by many hands: volunteer educators who share their knowledge, employees who support and encourage, leaders who believe, and above all, young people who embrace the opportunity and transform their future. Together, they form a network of positive impact that goes beyond the factory walls and reaches entire families and communities.

For this reason, we are looking for our former students, former volunteer educators, and those who have contributed to the Program throughout all these years. If you are one of these people, please complete the form specially prepared for this celebration.
