Maxion Structural Components at Cruzeiro Plant Wins Mercedes Benz Socio-environmental Responsibility Award

The Mercedes-Benz Brazil has announced the winners of the 2023 Socio-environmental Responsibility Award, with three suppliers and three dealerships being awarded. Accumulators Moura, Iochpe-Maxion, and Michelin were the three companies with awarded cases in this edition of the award.

On the event held on May 14th, Werner Sachs and Marcelo Santos represented Maxion Structural Components during the ceremony and received the important recognition. The awarded project introduces a new paint developed in partnership with Sherwin-Williams, resulting in a reduction of curing oven temperatures by up to 40°C, as well as other indirect benefits, such as lower workplace temperatures and improved conditions for our people.
