Maxion Team Awards takes place for the first time in Contagem – Brazil

The MTA (Maxion Team Awards) is a global event that encourages and rewards continuous improvement actions in all Maxion units worldwide. Linked to the team work system, Maxion’s own methodology to facilitate the contribution of ideas among our employees, this is the first time that the award event is held at the Contagem plant, in Minas Gerais. Teams from different production areas were recognized in several cost reduction initiatives, in addition to an innovation project in artificial intelligence, which implemented a vision system to analyze the quality of components and reduce nonconformities.
