Maxion attended the event and presented its chassis solution that integrates 08 LFP battery packs from Forsee Power, totaling 288 KWh of energy capacity. The participation in the Fair was the first official demonstration of the collaboration between Maxion and Forsee Power, within the E-mobility strategy, led by Global Business Director, Lamartine Barbosa.
PARTNERSHIP WITH FORSEE POWER
Since the official announcement of the partnership between Maxion and Forsee Power, the companies have been working to develop a unique solution that stands out for the integration of high-quality battery systems into heavy-duty vehicle chassis, offering greater storage capacity, durability and reliability, generating an opportunity to meet ESG goals in the short term. “Participating in LAT.BUS this year, presenting Maxion Structural Components’ technical solution for integrating Forsee Power battery packs into a High Floor bus chassis was an important step in consolidating our strategy. During the event, we had the opportunity to be in contact with the main automakers and suppliers in the segment. It was 3 intense and very rich days for exchanging information, prospecting and showcasing our brand, with the goal of collaborating with our customers to develop solutions for neutralizing CO2 emissions”, reinforces Lamartine Barbosa.
ENGAGING OUR PEOPLE
As part of an initiative to integrate and engage our people, the company also provided 19 employees from the production and support lines with the opportunity to visit Maxion’s stand and other areas of the Fair. The employees were chosen by lottery after taking part in a quiz with questions related to the topic of mobility.
