Maxion Pride – Maxion celebrates Pride Month

In the month of June, Pride Month is celebrated around the world and, in yet another year, Maxion has prepared a month dedicated to the subject with several initiatives. A webinar was held for more than 300 people from plants in Brazil, Mexico and the United States with the theme “Value of Diversity and Inclusion”. The webinar was led by Simone Andriani from Transcendemos consultancy, who told her life story and brought several practical examples of how to be an ally. The Affinity Groups of the plants in Brazil and Mexico carried out several awareness-raising and awareness actions, including the raising of the LGBT+ flag in the factories, a performance presentation in Contagem com uma Drag Queen, several sessions to present the documentary Sobre(Vivendo) in Cruzeiro and the distribution of a personalized lanyard to employees who answer a questionnaire in Castaños.
