The main objective of the meeting was to consolidate the Quality Culture as an essential pillar of our daily operations and reinforce its connection with the principles of the Maxion Essence. The program featured an inspiring presentation that encouraged reflections on purpose, behavior and excellence, as well as the introduction of the annual Quality activity calendar, providing visibility into upcoming events, challenges and priorities that will guide the Manufacturing, Support and Administrative teams throughout the year.

One of the most meaningful moments of the event was the signing of the Maxion Essence flag by the leadership, symbolizing the collective commitment to improving the quality culture. This gesture gained even more significance when the flag was raised by Directors Marcio Garcia and Lamartine Barbosa, together with Zeferino Neto, reinforcing the alignment between local and strategic leadership.

The act symbolized pride, unity and the renewal of the purpose that guides us in our continuous pursuit of excellence, quality and “doing things the right way.”
