Carbon footprint

100% of Scope 1 and 2 emissions measured and calculated
CO2 emissions intensity reduced 4.8% vs 2019 baseline
Automatic electrical circuit shutdown pilot for one production line is saving 300KWh of power a day by unplugging the power to idle processes

Water

Water usage per kilogram of wheel reduced by 13.75% vs 2019 (No figure for MSP)
Water awards: The AEA Award, for Reuse Water; The Sindipec¸as Award, for External Reuse Water and the FIESP Award, for Water Conservation and Reuse. Mercedes-Benz Environmental Responsibility Award for project using AI to reduce water pollution
