Global Online Lectur

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee held an online lecture on Sexual Harassment within organizations for all Maxion Brazil and Mexico plants.

The chat was held through Women Friendly, a company specializing in preventing and fighting harassment.

Ana Addobati and Nathália Waldow brought up this very important and necessary topic with great clarity, relevant data and practical examples for everyday identification.

Women’s Day in our units

The women from our Sete Lagoas unit were very well received with a special breakfast and a dynamic with a gift at the end.

At the Cruzeiro unit, an Skin Care workshop was held with many valuable tips on skin care and well-being. Those who passed by the workshop won a complete kit to use at home.

At the Castaños unit we had a lecture to commemorate and remember the origin of this date with the participation of all employees.
