Maxion Hosts Bolted Joints Workshop and Reinforces Quality Culture

In early September 2026, the Maxion facility in Cruzeiro (SP), Brazil, hosted the Bolted Joints Workshop.

Among the guest speakers were representatives from leading companies and institutions in the industry:

• Vivian Megumi Nagura – MKS Atotech
• Bruno Forti Correr – Nextbolt | Nord-Lock Group
• Lídio Andrade Junior – Systek

Throughout the event, participants expanded their knowledge of fastening systems, reinforcing the importance of each stage in ensuring the quality of the final product.

The workshop reaffirmed one of Maxion’s key initiatives to strengthen its Quality Culture, based on the principle: “I do not accept defects, I do not produce defects, and I do not pass on defects.” This approach reinforces the responsibility of every employee while promoting safer processes, defect prevention, and operational excellence.
