Unveiling of the Socially Responsible Company Plaque

At the Castaños Plant, the unveiling ceremony of the Socially Responsible Company (ESR) plaque took place. This recognition distinguishes organizations that voluntarily integrate ethical, sustainable, and positive-impact practices into their operations, promoting a balance between economic, social, and environmental aspects.

Within the context of the organization’s 60th anniversary, this achievement takes on even greater significance, reflecting Maxion’s evolution and ongoing commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.

As part of the event, a civic ceremony was held, featuring the participation of the Instituto Maxion honor guard, the performance of the National Anthem by the Instituto Maxion choir, as well as the notable participation of the CECyTEC Castaños marching band, all of whom contributed to enhancing this significant moment.

The ceremony was honored by the distinguished presence of the Mayor of Castaños, Yesica Isabel Sifuentes, as well as organizational leaders: Mark Sinar, Global Vice President of Human Resources, Safety, Sustainability, and Legal Services; Paulo Marcio, Global Director of Human Resources and HSE; David García, Director of the Castaños Unit; Felipe Arce, Director of Human Resources; and Adrián Garza, Director of Legal and Public Affairs, who accompanied this important occasion.

Obtaining this distinction is the result of the collective effort and commitment of all employees, who contribute day by day to strengthening a culture based on values, integrity, and sustainability.

In a special way, we extend our thanks to the multidisciplinary committee that participated in the application for this recognition, as well as to all the areas involved that, through their dedication and effort, made it possible to achieve this important milestone.

This recognition inspires us to continue moving forward and to keep building an organization that generates a positive impact on its environment, reaffirming that social responsibility is an essential part of who we are.
