Maxion started producing Rear Axles for Rivian’s Prime Electric Van

The rear axle of the Prime electric van is being produced at our unit in Mexico, manufactured by Rivian and which will be used by Amazon in the USA.

Maxion’s project will have an automated welding cell and a state-of-the-art machining center capable of meeting high production volumes.

Some Amazon vans are already in circulation in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Denver.
