Discovery Program

We received in Brazil the seven talents that are participating in the Discovery Program. They are from different Maxion units around the world and were at the Cruzeiro plant to talk to our Directors and Trainees to understand more about our strategies and exchange experiences.

Discovery is Maxion’s career program for young professionals. Employees selected to participate in the program undergo a combination of immersion, personal mentoring and business acumen. The learning format is dynamic and topics such as Cross-Cultural Communication and Project Management are covered during the program.
