This Project targets the development of leaders aligned to the company’s culture, values and mission, providing knowledge and better work conditions.
It is a professional development program sponsored by the company. The employee goes through a recruitment process and if there is match with the requirements and the available positions, then the employee will be able to start a professional training at a Vocational School chosen by the company.
Behavioral self-development program by Franklin Covey and it is available at Maxion and tailored for its workers. It focuses on the personal aspects of workers in order to reflect on their professional development. Therefore, workers take initiative and show effective behavior characteristics.
Through the partnership with Dom Cabral Foundation, Maxion Structural Components is able to develop its management team in several levels through modern tools and management concepts.
Maxion also has partnership with the Foundation Paula Souza (FATEC) and the University of São Paulo (UNESP). These Educational Institutions offer Technology Update courses tailored for the company’s major processes; such as welding, stamping, tooling, among other projects.
The Alliance Program aims to unite the best security practices and integration of staff with specific training on various topics (PCA, Oil, Health Prevention, Ergonomics, and Quality etc.). The assessment is performed by applying a Quiz to the staff, and the winner receives gifts and also may appear in the Company’s Newsletter.
It is a program aimed at the participation of employees that suggest, implement and present improvements related to Health and Safety, Quality, Cost Reduction and Productivity, and Environment.
Improvements that have been approved are scored, and this score is converted into prizes to the authors of the idea.
